  1. In order to complete your order you are automatically subscribed as a member to our website .  The main reason for this is to verify your details and so that there is no need to re-subscribe if you are a returning customer.  You can unsubscribe by request at any time by emailing the request to info@skidonarival.com

2.1 Age limit  You must be 16 years or older to register, buy and complete an order with SOAR. Membership, subscriptions or orders will not be processed by any subject under the age of 16 years old.

Intellectual Property Rights

  1. The name Skid on a Rival, it’s logos and tag line – Live Laugh Skid are copyright and trademarked to Skid on a Rival Ltd. Under no circumstances are individuals or group/company entities allowed to use our logos and trademarks without prior written permission from Skid on a Rival Ltd.

3.1. Team Names – Please note we do not infringe any Sports Club or Sports Team names that are copyright to that entity.  Team names may be substituted to ensure Skid on a Rival does not infringe any intellectual property rights.

Data Protection and Your Rights

  1. We want to ensure that you understand what personal or company data and information we collect about you, how we use it, and the safeguards we have in place designed to protect it. This applies to data and information collected through both our websites and mobile applications where applicable.

4.1 We DO NOT share, rent or sell your personal or company data or information to anyone else for the purpose of Marketing or for any other purpose.

4.2 We may update this Policy from time to time as required by Law. As a Registered User our Data Protection Controller (DPC) will inform you by email as to any changes to this Policy. Your use of our website and mobile applications, and any disputes arising from it, are subject to this Policy as well as our Terms and Conditions.

4.3 SOAR and its employees take your data and information you provide us and the protection of data and information you submit to us very seriously. SOAR have a dedicated Data Protection Officer (DPO) who ensures that our Data Protection Controllers (DPC) handle your data in accordance with SOAR policy, legislation, regulations and the Law.

4.4 Data Which SOAR Collects About You SOAR will collect minimal personal or company data upon registering to use our website and mobile applications. The data you provide is required by SOAR for you to use our services efficiently. SOAR does not supply any personal or company data to any third parties, and the data supplied by you will only be used by SOAR to provide our services for the good and benefit of our registered users who wish to use those services and complete your order. The data collected about you is necessary to open an account and complete your order with SOAR, and is limited to:

Email Address

Telephone or Mobile (Cell) number

Delivery Address details (where necessary)

We will NEVER ask you for any further information or ask you to provide any further data other than the data stated above.

We will NEVER ask you to provide any financial data including any bank account details or credit card numbers other than information provided when placing your order.

SOAR employees do not hold any financial data about you. Financial transactions on our websites or mobile applications are handled and conducted by recognised and reputable third party ecommerce providers. 

We will NEVER ask you to provide your Date of/Place of Birth.

We will NEVER ask you to provide your Ethnic background or Religion.

4.4.6 SOAR Password The selection of your SOAR account password should be chosen so that it does not coincide or match with any other service you may use that requires a password, these include, but are not limited to, other Service Providers, such as accounts held with other Internet Providers. It should never be related to any financial services you may use.

4.4.7 Your Consent to Allow SOAR to use your Data By accepting our Terms and Conditions, and by doing so, you also agree to give consent to allow SOAR website and associated mobile applications to collect and use your personal or company data, for SOAR to run an efficient service for you. Failure to agree to our Terms and Conditions and to give consent to the use of your personal or company data will result in not being able to register as a user and use our services on our website and mobile applications nor will your order be processed.

4.4.8 Your Right to Withdraw Consent You have the right to withdraw your consent from allowing SOAR to use your personal or company information and data that you have provided to us. Simply send a request to dpc@skidonarival.com  Your request to withdraw consent will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive confirmation by email from our DPC notifying you that your request has been completed.

Please remember if you withdraw your consent, then you will be deleted from our servers and databases and will no longer be able to use our services.

4.4.9 Other Data You May Provide Us In order for your order to be completed successfully, and due to the nature of our services, you will need to provide a a Delivery address including Telephone Numbers and Emails associated with the in order and in order to complete to complete your order. This data may not be necessarily associated with your registration address you submitted to SOAR during ‘Sign Up’. As a user, YOU must seek permission from the owner of this data prior to submitting it to our website and associated mobile applications for this data to be used to conduct and complete the order successfully. YOU agree by accepting these Terms and Conditions that SOAR employees cannot be held accountable for Data Entries it has no control over and understand that SOAR and its employees do not seek any permission to use other individuals or company data such as Addresses, Telephone Numbers and Email addresses on B behalf for the purpose of Delivery and the completion of a successful order.

YOU agree by accepting our Terms and Conditions and by giving us your consent to use the information and data that you provide us and that we collect from you is used in order to: process and fulfill your order, notify you of your order status, prevent fraud and otherwise provide you with customer service; respond to your inquiries and requests; create an account and register you as a registered SOAR user (“Registered User”); for marketing purposes and to send you information regarding our website and mobile applications, as well as about our products, programs or services; provide you with mobile alerts, if you have requested them; customise your experience using our services; provide you with relevant offers, products and services; permit you to use our social networking features; or provide you with other services. We may also use the personal or company data we collect from and about you for our business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, developing new products and services, enhancing our website and mobile applications, improving our services, personalising your experiences, identifying usage trends and determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns.

      1.   Your Right to be Forgotten Upon a written request by email our DPC and as the Registered User you have every right ‘to be forgotten’. Upon the request or by following the unsubscribe procedure your request will be dealt with within 24 hours of the request being made. We will proceed to delete all data we hold about you.

Once your data has been deleted by our DPC, the data we hold about you cannot be retrieved and your account with SOAR website and associated mobile applications will cease to exist on our database or secure server.

4.4.11   Notification of a Data Breach If we notice or have been made aware that the data or information we hold about you has been compromised due to fraudulent use, or criminal activity, such as a cyber-attack, we will inform you as soon as possible and within 72 hours of the breach occurring.

4.4.12   Data Portability If requested by you, the Registered User, to transfer your data we hold about you to another Service Provider, our DPC can arrange this for you. Any such request should be made in writing and emailed to our DPC. We will confirm your request by email within 24 hours of the request being made.

4,4.13   Request for Information and Data As the Registered User you can request a copy of the data SOAR hold about you at any time . Requests for a copy of the data we hold about you can be made in writing by emailing our DPC. We will email you a response within 24 hours of the request being made.

4.4.14   Opting Yes or NO to be Known of your Physical Location Some of SOAR website and mobile application features may make use of your device attributes and settings that will allow our website and mobile applications to determine your physical location. Such technologies may include IP address mapping, WiFi, GPS signals, cell tower positioning or other technologies. We use this information to enhance and personalize your experience and provide you with offers, products and services that may be of interest to you. You can opt out of this option by selecting the ‘No’ option when asked.

Other non-personal or non-company data may be collected from you by means of cookies, pixel tags (also called web beacons or clear gifs), local shared objects and other technologies. Cookies are small bits of information that our website and mobile applications places on your computer. We and our third party service providers use these technologies to identify your IP address, browser type, device characteristics, domain name, referring URLs and specific links and web pages through which you click. If you do elect to disable cookies, please note that you will not be able to log in as a Registered User and make use of our services.

4.4.16   Links to Other Websites SOAR website and mobile applications may contain links to other websites or applications that are not owned and operated by SOAR. In addition, some of our website and mobile applications feature content drawn directly from third party websites using a technique known as i-framing or simply “framing.” These frames allow you to view and interact directly with the third party website from within SOAR website and mobile applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of non-affiliated or affiliated websites or applications, including, without limitation, those that are linked to or framed to SOAR website and mobile applications. 

You should read the Privacy Statements and Terms and Conditions of each and every website that you proceed to view by clicking on any of the links posted on SOAR website and mobile applications.

4.4.17   How Secure is My Data and Information? We use a Secure Dedicated Server maintained by a reputable Server Provider (Godaddy) and through them we use reasonable and appropriate physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal and company data. SOAR take every possible measure to protect your privacy, information and data, including having appointed DPCs whose sole purpose is to maintain this protection. No method of security is 100% effective, and we cannot be responsible for the actions of those who may gain unauthorised access to your information or data due to criminal activity. We make no warranties, express, implied or otherwise, as to the ultimate effectiveness of our reasonable and appropriate safeguards.

4.4.18   Where is My Information Stored? Your personal or company data and information is stored and processed by our Secure Dedicated Server supplied by Godaddy Inc. situated in the United States and is not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States.

4.4.19   We Do Not Collect Information from Minors SOAR website and mobile applications are general audience websites and mobile applications and we do not knowingly collect personal information from any individual that would be classed as a minor. In the event any portion of our website or mobile applications is directed to a website, we will ensure that these websites contain a Children’s Online Privacy Policy that complies with relevant legislation, regulations and the Law.

If you are under 16 years of age and have mistakenly registered as a Registered User, you may ask us or a Guardian of; to remove the content, information and data that may have posted to our websites by mistake. Please email our DPC at dpc@skidonarival.com we will deal with this request within 24 hours of the request being made.

4.4.20   Receiving Promotional Emails and Newsletters From time to time, we may send you emails or newsletters (if you sign up for our newsletter) with promotional offers and messages. If you prefer to no longer receive these emails or newsletters with promotional offers and messages from SOAR website and mobile applications, you can unsubscribe from, and stop receiving these promotional offers and messages. Simply follow the Unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each promotional email or newsletter. Please note that you may still receive transactional or relationship or other non-promotional emails such as and as examples: order confirmations, shipping notices, statements, important information regarding a service that you are interacting with.

Return and Refund Policy 

  • We like to think our products are top quality, however, if you disagree and would like to return your product we offer a full 14 Day No Questions Asked refund policy. Due to hygiene purposes we do not accept returns on our boxers shorts and our return policy only applies to our T-Shirts, Sports Jerseys and Mugs. Please ensure you have the correct size and logo image prior to ordering your boxer shorts. Your products must be returned and where necessary garments should not have been worn.  If you would like to return your items, please send your request by email to info@skidonarival.com  and will reply with a Return Label.  On receipt and inspection of your returned items, we will refund you for your items, including your return postage cost.
